Ask every customer for a Google review in one tap
After a visit, a lesson or a job, your customer gets a text with your Google review link. One tap opens it. If they forget, a reminder goes out.
How it works
What happens
When the work is finished, you mark it done. Your customer then gets a text from your number. It says something like "Thanks for choosing us. If you have a minute, it would mean a lot to me if you left a review." The Google link is right there.
If they forget
If there's no reply and no review, a reminder text goes out later. It stops as soon as they reply or leave a review.
What you have to do
Mark the work done. The text, the link and the reminders go out for you.
The details
Reminders give up politely
They go out about once a week for up to one month, then stop. They stop sooner if the customer replies or leaves a review.
The link goes straight to your Google review box
Your customer lands on your review page. There's nothing else to find or click.
Reviews show up in the app
New reviews appear in the app next to your messages and bookings.
Questions about Google review requests
Does my customer need a Google account?
Google asks reviewers to sign in. A customer without an account will need to create one first.
What does the text sound like?
A short thank you in your voice, with your business name and the link.
