One call. About a week. Then it runs.
You answer some questions once, and we do the rest.
The three steps
- First we have a call, and it's only 20 minutes. You watch a missed call get a text back on a real phone, and we answer whatever you ask. If it's not for you, say so on the call. That's a fine way for it to end.
- We set it up, which takes about a week. You fill in one short form with your business details. We build the site, set up your number and turn on the texting. Then you look at it and we change what you want changed.
- Launch day.We walk you through it, put the app on your home screen and switch it on. From then on the only thing you touch is your phone.
Who does what
The call
You pick a slot and bring a guess at how many calls you miss in a week. Most people guess low, and it's the number the whole thing turns on.
We look at how new customers reach you now. We show you the system on a real account. We tell you if it isn't a fit. It's a sales call. We won't pretend otherwise.
The build
You fill in one form: your logo, your services, your hours, your area and any photos you have.
We build the site and set up your local number. We register it with the phone carriers in your business name. Then we switch on the texting, the review requests and the booking calendar.
Launch day
You sit through a short walk-through and put the app on your home screen.
We turn it on and stay on the hook for changes. Ask for one and we make it.
What runs on its own, and what takes one tap
Runs without you
- Missed-call text back
- Follow-up texts when someone goes quiet
- Booking confirmations and reminders
- Review reminders until the review lands
- Your customer list, filling itself in
One tap from you
- Reply to a customer, from the app
- Mark a visit or job done, which sends the review request
- Send a text campaign to past customers
Everything in the first box keeps running while you're busy, closed or asleep.
Questions about the setup
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send a text message you can run all of it. The launch call is mostly us showing you which two buttons you'll ever press.
What do you actually need from me?
One form: your logo, your services, your hours, your area and any photos you have. Then twenty minutes on each of the two calls.
What if I don't like how the site looks?
You see it before anybody else does and we change what you want changed. That round is part of the week.
Do I have to download an app?
The app goes on your home screen from a link we send you. There's nothing to find in an app store.
Who am I actually dealing with?
The people who build the thing. There's no account manager and no ticket queue.
Start with the 20 minute call
We show you a live account, not slides.
